A Poem about the Emotion Code by Rita Smyth

I sat today in a world of wonder

A place where all can be

And have a life enriched & full

And there for all to see.

A code so simple all can learn

And practise it with glee,

To free all souls of “trappéd” things

And make them free, free, free.
