About an hour after we talked I just set down and cried. A real good out-loud cry that felt like every sob was an emotional purging. Today I feel wave like sensations. A very flat wave like motion. As it settles I feel more grounded than I ever have. It was also very spiritual for me. I feel as though my heart is opening. I just feel this light. I had this experience that is hard to talk about. This morning I woke up to hands that were not numb or swollen for the first time in a very long time.
I have had constant pain in my neck and upper back for years. That pain has lessened about half. My hands are peeling less and no new or old blisters are present.
I went shopping today and I noticed colors looked softer, or brighter, or fuller, depending on the person. I noticed something beautiful about everyone I saw. People were nice to me. I feel like I’m unplugging from the matrix of trapped emotions. There’s mag(net)ic in the air!-
