When I was 14 years old, my mother had a nervous break down and walked out on our family, leaving me and my 2-year-old little brother behind. She became addicted to crack cocaine and came in and out of my life for over 30 years.

When I started my own family, I made a very clear decision that I was going to stop the cycle of dysfunction and I became very involved with personal growth, self-development and natural healing. With that said, I spent the early years feeling broken, unloveable, stressed out and unable to fully express myself. I instinctively knew that I had built a barrier of protection around my heart and it hurt when I sometimes struggled to be able to hug my own children at times. It took me many years and a variety of different healing modalities to remove my Heart-Wall.

Since then, my heart is so full of love and my life has opened up to the most amazing and exciting possibilities. I am now pursuing the desires of my heart helping others learn to heal from their past and live with passion and purpose.
