A Song to Remember 9-11
Sep 11th, 2008 by Dr. Brad : )
About 2 weeks after 9-11-2001, Jean and I accompanied our 16 year old daughter Kristi to SonikWire studios in Costa Mesa, California, where Kristi recorded this song that she had written as a tribute to the children who lost their parents on that horrific day. This song has been featured on most of the 9-11 memorial sites since then, and she has gotten heartfelt appreciate from people all over the world. It is a very moving song, and has done a lot to heal the hearts of people everywhere. Have a hanky nearby.

What a moving song, sung by such a beautiful voice. It is amazing how music sooths and heals.

BOX of tissues more like it – don’t think one hanky would cut it!
Beautiful, sincere and probably cracks heart walls all by itself…..magnets move over:)
Kristi is obviously very talented and you must be so proud of her.
Thank you for sharing with us.
Ditto on the box of kleenex and kudos to the angel voice behind the song! It was touching to relive those dire moments …..and how close they still are to me…… like they never really left. Thank you. Diane
It’s not often that I spam friends and family, but I made an exception for this song, which was moving without being over done. I believe I heard an older sister of Kristi sing at an Emotion Code seminar back in 2003, and she was impressive, but this time I can listen again and again and so can appreciate it more deeply. Having been a piano tuner at one time, I’m a stickler for pitch; Kristi is good, very good, and I like her quality and style as well. Add to that the fact that she wrote the song, and I’m very impressed.
