How to Become Certified in the Body Code

NOTICE: All applicants for certification going forward must meet all the following requirements (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY):
1. Become Certified in The Emotion Code

2. Order The Body Code System
- You can Order the Body Code Online Here.
- Up to two people may become certified from the purchase of one Body Code System. This is to ensure that our practitioners have the materials available for reference should any questions arise when working with clients
3. Study the Body Code manuals in depth and View all the DVDs included in the Body Code Package
- In order to become certified you must have an adequate knowledge of all materials included in the Body Code System
4. Sign up for the Body Code Certification Program and Pay the Fee of $297 (Regularly $997)
This is a 6 month long program that includes:
- Extra training on how to do an in depth initial evaluation and a follow up evaluation for each of your clients
- Extra training on how to perform a session using the Body Code
- Periodic training Webinars
- Access to recordings of live evaluations and proxy sessions
- Paperwork review and examination fee
- All trainings will be recorded if you are not able to participate live
5. Download our Interactive Body Code Session Record Form
- You will be able to download this form immediately after purchasing the Body Code Certification Program
- All of the forms must be filled out completely and submitted online within 6 months of your certification program start date. This is the date that you purchase your certification package.
6. Perform 1 initial evaluation, at least 1 complete session and 1 follow up evaluation on each of the 30 different individuals
- Each session using The Body Code should consist of as many imbalances as the individual is able to release at the time
- Your total number must include at least 4 animals, or if you are mainly working with animals, it must include a minimum of 10 people. Half of your sessions may be done remotely if you so choose
- Each of the 30 different individuals you work with must be suffering from a physical or emotional ailment, which you will be keeping track of while you work with them
- You may only use sessions that you have performed after beginning our 6 month certification program
- You do not necessarily need to choose different clients than you used for your Emotion Code certification as long as they are suffering from some kind of ailment. However, you may NOT use the same sessions toward both The Emotion Code and The Body Code certifications- they are 2 separate programs with different requirements and different paperwork.
7. Submit 2 Letters of Recommendation
- These letters should be written by non-relatives and emailed in a PDF format to KristiBNelson@Me.com
8. Submit Legal Agreement Form
- This is a legal agreement between you and our company and should be signed and emailed in a PDF format to KristiBNelson@Me.com
9. Complete a telephone interview with Dr. Brad or another member of the staff
- Once we have reviewed your completed forms, we will send you an email with a link where you can set up this appointment
10. Once you meet all the above qualifications, you will then be emailed a link where you can download the Examination
- This is to make sure that you have correct and adequate knowledge of The Body Code materials. You must send your completed test to us within 2 weeks of downloading the test.
11. As soon as you pass the exam, you will receive a Certificate via return mail with our congratulations!
- After you receive your certificate, we recommend for you to check into the laws and regulations of your city or area and possibly look into getting a business license, especially if you are planning to advertise your services.

so, if we want to become certified, how are we supposed to do it if there are only two seminars in New York and Australia. My point is that I live in California and it is not practical or feasible to travel. So, are there ever mini workshops or online certifications?

Yes, you can become certified in the Emotion Code by watching the Body Code seminar on DVD, which is a part of the Body Code System. After studying the materials you would work on 30 different clients and complete the rest of the certification requirements listed on our How to Become Certified in the Emotion Code page. Hopefully we will be traveling to California this year for a seminar as well, but in the meantime if you’d like to get started you can order the Body Code. (It also includes the materials needed to get certified in the Body Code!)
Hi Denisse, Yes, you can become certified by purchasing our home study course, the Body Code System and watching the seminar on DVD. You don’t actually need to attend a live seminar! Please see the rest of our certification requirements on our How to Become Certified in the Emotion Code page.

I will be ordering the Body Code System and have a question about certification. It appears to me from what I read that I can simultaneously pursue both the emotion code certification and body code certification since they can both employ the same 30 client case studies. It seems the most efficient way to go about this is to first sign up for the body code certification program and complete those case studies. These case studies can then be applied towards the emotion code certification as well without re-entering them into your online form. Can you please confirm if this is indeed how I should proceed?

I am confused about the price of the Body Code certification materials,
this page says it is $297
But the page bodycodehealingsystem.com says it is $997, regularly $2997.

I would like to be certified in the Emotion Code and the Body Code. It has been a number of years since i have attended an Emotion Code seminar. If I purchase the Body Code DVDs I can work towards my certification in the Emotion Code with no specific time frame limits, is that correct?
I did notice in the Body Code certification info that there is a 6 month time frame, my question is – If I purchase the Body Code DVDs to be certified in the Emotion Code, how will my 6 month time frame for certification in the Body Code be established.

Right- if you have The Body Code, you don’t have a time limit to get certified in The Emotion Code. The 6 month certification program for The Body Code can begin whenever you sign up for it!
Hello! I attended your seminar back in December and have been working on the 30 required patients to become certified. I recently just discovered that you are no longer accepting the old session records as of last week. Does this mean that all the records I have been filling out these past few months are no longer valid? Or, if the case may be that I am now required to redo all the forms onto the new forms, will they allow me the extra time to put in all the extra work it will take before the deadline? I also noticed the comment about becoming certified for the body code system at the same time , using the same patient forms. Is this possible and how does it work? Thank you so much and I appreciate your time in answering my questions. Alice
There are just a few other points that I failed to mention. Some of the patients have had concerns about signing the bottom of the forms because it gives release of all their personal information and they don’t feel comfortable with sharing it. It’s mainly the personal information about the emotions over past experiences that may include family and friends and issues they are dealing with. Some have not wanted me to write down all of the information we are finding through the testing for these purposes. Will their session records still be valid without some of this information? I would also like to know if your company has a way to contact by phone. I would really like to be able to talk to someone, if this access is available, so I may be clear on a lot of questions that arise from my patients and myself. Thanks again! This is all so awesome! This is that a concern of ours as well. As a result, we have changed our forms so that the new, interactive PDF form only asks for a client’s first name and last initial and age. That way their privacy is maintained completely. We are also no longer asking for their telephone number or their e-mail address. As you might imagine, it is difficult for us to handle all of the hundreds of e-mails and dozens of telephone calls that come in every day. Your best bet is to take a look at the contact tab at the top of this page, as it reflects the latest information.

The interactive PDF forms that you will be using for certification in the Body Code System are quite similar to the forms that we have designed for the Emotion Code, but of course, are a bit more involved. We are currently doing final touchups on these forms, and they should be ready for everyone by Monday of this coming week if all goes well. So stay tuned!
